Course lecturer was Dr. Gertrude Cotter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a group we all took part in examining the reasons for Forced Migration. The reasons were varied. The main reasons were environmental: drought, flooding, famine, earthquakes etc. Other reasons include war, conflict, hunger, and politics. The group was divided into teams that would focus on specific stories. Stories in the words of the people who were forced to migrate from their homes. The reason for each story differs.
